Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. English fluently is highly desirable.
  3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Manager specializing in IT/Computer-Network/System or equivalent.
  5. Full-Time position available.

Responsibilities

  1. Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.
  2. Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
  3. Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.
  4. Confirms program operation by conducting tests, modifying program sequence and/or codes.
  5. Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  6. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  8. Manages multiple larger projects with high complexity
  9. Create strong relationships with internal and external members of the projects, forming strong and long-lasting bonds between HHES and clients is delivered and meet quality standards.
  10. Demonstrated success in team leadership, stakeholder management, process adherence, ownership/commitment, learning agility and risk management capabilities.
  11. Ensure that assigned projects are still under scope in terms of work scope, budget scope, and resources scope.
  12. Negotiation conflict resolution when needed between team members and/or customers.
  13. Responsible for all issues which occur during the project development and implementation.
