Ronady started his audit career in Deloitte Indonesia for almost 15 years and prior his admission to Kreston HHES, he founded KAP Ronady dan Aryo.

He has various audit experiences and specialization to industries such as construction, plantation, property and real estate, manufacturing, trading and oil services.

He is a member of Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountant (IAPI) and Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics, Major in Accounting, from Padjadjaran University. 

He is an Indonesian Certified Public Accountant registered with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Ministry of Finance (Departemen Keuangan RI).
